Abstract

This study shows the predictor effect of organizational culture on job satisfaction in company X. The survey was conducted on a sample of 91 employees, by sociodemographic variables: gender, age, education, sector, total work experience and work experience in company X. The survey was conducted by using Specter's Job Satisfaction Questionnaire (JSS, 1985) and Pareek's Organizational Culture Questionnaire (1994). The results showed that there is a statistically significant correlation between organizational culture and job satisfaction and their dimensions.
