Abstract

Advances in information technology make it possible to collect ever-increasing amounts of relevant data, such as comprehensive accident databases as well as real-time driving data. Innovations in information technologies enabled the development of an improved system, and thus the concept of business intelligence appeared and began to be used in various areas, including in the area of traffic accident analysis and traffic safety.
