MANAGEMENT OF TEAM COMMUNICATION IN ORGANIZATIONS

The subject of this paper is the management of team communication in organizations. The first part of the paper is a theoretical part that describes the importance of teams and team communications within modern organizations, as well as leadership communication and management styles. The second part of the paper refers to the research that was carried out within two companies, in order to evaluate the quality of communications within their teams and perform a comparative analysis of the results. The research was carried out by means of a questionnaire, in which respondents expressed their views on team communication, which were presented through graphs and tables.
