THE CAUSE OF DISPUTED SITUATIONS IN A PROJECT BETWEEN A CONTRACTOR AND A SUBCONTRACTOR AND ITS PREVENTION

The subject of this research paper is to examine the cause of disputed situations on the project between a contractor and a subcontractor and their prevention. The objective is to examine the factors which influence the disputed situations between the contractor and a subcontractor and to identify the methods and strategies which could help with the prevention of disputes. The methodological part of this paper includes an empirical research from the field of the discussed topics. The examination method was implemented. The data has been acquired through online questionnaires, using Google Forms. The combination of Delphi research with results from the quantitative research has been implemented..
