Abstract

Personal responsibility is a core value that supports the successful functioning of an organization. It encourages individuals to commit to high standards and quality in their work. Organizations that promote personal responsibility create a positive reputation among their employees, customers, and partners. To examine personal responsibility, research was conducted in the public sector in Serbia. The survey included 80 respondents. The research results confirmed the research hypotheses.
