Abstract

The main goal of this paper is to investigate financialand non-financial rewards that affect on motivation of employees in the production company. The aim of the researchis to provide information on the dominant factors important for the work motivation of the respondents. The survey was was conducted in may, 2019., on a sample of 105 respondents employed in the production company in Sabac. The sample included respondents of both gender, different ages, different educational structures, years of serice. The applied questionnaire was complied by the author of the paper, for the purpose of research, designed to examine the impact of material and non-material faktors on work motivation.
