This master thesis covers the application of the LEAN concept, using the 5S methodology at the workplace in the film industry. The theoretical aspects of cinematography, film, LEAN are presented, as well as the 5S method used to obtain business improvement results. In the end, certain conclusions and proposed directions for further improvement of the company were made.
