ANALYSIS OF THE INNOVATION PROJECT MANAGEMENT METHODOLOGY IN THE FIELD OF ENERGY EFFICIENCY

The paper provides theoretical background in the field of innovation, project management and innovation project management and analysis of the innovation project from practice with special emphasis on the analysis of applied project management methodology and the degree of project innovativeness. The results were then compared with a similar project implemented on the territory of Croatia. Finally, a set of measures was proposed to make the presented project viable and to achieve better results.
