The topic of the paper is the building process of a hotel-apartment complex on the given location in Surduk, by using modern principles of design and the users’ needs. By researching hotel designs, the goal is to find the most optimal solution that fits the kind of tourism suitable for the area. Also, it is necessary to utilize all the location’s potential and thus create attractive and unique project that will make this intact nature complete and give the visitors a new experience.
