THE IMPORTANCE OF BLOGS IN BUSINESS COMMUNICATION

The communication sphere, as a human daily, existential need, is rapidly evolving and advancing in numerous segments. Today, by its means, it exceeds many (Radojković & Miletić, 2006)expectations, while in the future, an even greater range and level of communication tools is envisaged. So, the blog is one of the hallmarks of the dual communication that exists today between the person behind this medium and the reader. For the sake of directionality, trust is found to be a key factor, and the importance of such communication is recognized by companies that find their place in the blogging sphere. The paper is based on the phenomen of new communication tools, where blogs, together with social media, are at the forefront of innovation as well as usage and impact on their users. Social media raises marketing to an absolutely higher level, while blogs are the ones that best reach the web user themselves.
