Abstract

Due to the new situation with the epidemic that hit the world during 2020, most people were forced to organize a completely new business as well as work from home. From all the above mentioned and the concept of mixed purposes, traditional and modern approach to life and business, the project is developed for a multifunctional building as a combination of private and business life, ie. residential space that is in synergy with business space with the possibility of combining housing units for private and business purposes, according to the needs of individuals.
