THE IMPACT OF STRESS ON WORK STYLES IN THE ORGANIZATION

Abstract

The aim of this paper is to connect stress with the working styles of employees in the production organization and their impact on work. The analysis of the research is based on the examination of individual differences in relation to socio-demographic characteristics. The research wanted to find out what are the causes of stress in the workplace. The paper proposes measures to prevent or mitigate stress, as well as a way to do work more efficiently in accordance with the work style to which employees belong. The questionnaire looked at the behavior of the respondents at the workplace and defined the professional style of the employee. The research was conducted during July 2020 and 60 respondents participated in it. The obtained information was processed in the statistical program IBM SPSS. The results indicate that there is a correlation between stress and work styles, while socio-demographic characteristics do not affect the preferance for a particular work style.
