LOCUS OF CONTROL IN THE FUNCTION OF IMPROVING JOB SATISFACTION

This paper presents the results of a research aimed at analysing the locus of control in the function of improving job satisfaction. The research subject is presented through presence of job satisfaction, defining the presence of certain type of locus of control over employees and through statistical connection between the locus of control and job satisfaction. The sample had 202 respondents. The obtained data were processed using the variance analyses (Anova). For the purpose of this research, a questionnaire on job satisfaction was used, containing 9 dimensions (Paul Spector), marked as dependent variable, as well as the scale for determining of locus of control (Julian Rotter), marked as the independent variable.
