Abstract

The subject of this paper is the project of revitalization of the building built in the interwar period for commercial purposes of the Equestrian Club ‘Čegar’ in Niš. In order to revive the abandoned building, this project aimed to remodel it into a hostel called ‘Belmondo’. The aim of this work is to solve the shortage of units for the needs of the club, considering its distance from the city, while complying with the rustic design already applied to other buildings that are part of the club. The idea is to create a pleasant interior that will attract young people to spend more time close to nature and animals by designing a multifunctional space.
