ASSESSMENT, ENERGY RENEWAL AND EXTENSION OF THE GREEN ROOF OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE BUILDING OF THE COMPANY VEGA D.O.O IN VALJEVO
Abstract
The paper consists of two mutually independent units. The first part of the paper presents a theoretical research part with the topic „Passive house-building“, where the very concept of a passive house is described, the principles of application, the most important features, the design system, the connection with the economy. In the second part of the paper, a visual macroscopic examination of the object was performed, with the aim of determining the existing condition. An energy efficiency calculation has been made for the facility. Based on this calculation and visual inspection of the structure, repair measures are given that increase the durability of the building, energy efficiency, as well as it is in compliance with the Rulebook on energy efficiency.
