IMPLEMENTATION OF THE LEAN TOOLS IN THE COMPANY „ENERGY NET DOO”

This paper presents the theoretical foundations such as the concept and development of logistics, company logistics, types and functions of warehouses, history of lean, philosophy of lean and lean tools. Problems that appear in the functioning of the warehouse were discussed, employees were prepared for changes, and the concrete application of the 5S method and visual management was performed. Each step of the 5S method is analyzed in detail and implemented, as well as visual management, in order to achieve the best possible final results.
