This paper will describe method for isolating individual teeth from jaw images obtained by computed tomography. Three-dimensional images consist of sets of consecutive two-dimensional images that will be processed. The Matlab software platform was used to process the recordings. The aim of the study was to determine the beginning and end of the presentation of each of the teeth, as well as its separation in space. The accent was on the possibility of using the Matlab software platform for such and similar applications.
