The paper deals with analysis of cooperation between ‘’Electrolux’’ group and company called ‘’Soća service HA''. The company organizes technical support and spare part distribution for the ‘’Electrolux’’ group in the Republic of Serbia. Weak link in the system was detected using the appropriate methods of management. Accordingly, adequate action was taken with goal to increase system efficiency and customer satisfaction.
