POSSIBILITY OF IMPLEMENTATION SOURCE SEPARATION OF MUNICIPAL WASTE IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF VRSAC

Environmental pollution means the destruction not only of parts of natural values and resources,but also the destruction of parts of the future of future generations. Many problems arise due to the wrong conception and system of waste management, which is not environmentally based on proper waste management. The solution to the problem is in the separate collection of waste components, which implies processing and reuse of raw materials, and the preservation of resources is achieved. This paper points out the way of waste management in the municipality of Vrsac and analyzes the problems identified during the analysis, measures that need to be taken to reduce the amount of waste generated, preserve the environment, proper way of collecting and transporting waste and further steps to led to a reduction in the amount of waste that would end up in the city landfill and has a use value, ie it can be used, thus preserving resources.
