Abstract

This paper presents the importance and usage of document management systems, as well as the requirements set in front of them, with special reference to contract management systems. Analysing conducted researches and solutions in the field, while listening to the current market demands, has led to specification and implementation of a solution for tracking the financial elements of contracts, documented in the paper.
