Commitment to work and organization is one of the key factors for the successful functioning of the organization. At a time of constant growth of competition, organizations that want to take a good position in the market, believe that employees are a key driver in achieving the set goals. Namely, employees who identify with the policy and goals of the organization, will certainly be more committed and show better results in work, which in turn will increase the productivity of the organization itself. Achieving the goals of each organization largely depends on the satisfaction of employees, but also on their organizational commitment and above all commitment to work.
