Abstract

The paper describes the possibilities of the implication of social networks in project management. First, the Internet and social networks were pointed out, and then their application in project management, with special reference to marketing projects. Successful marketing projects are described and were implemented using social networks, but also those that were not, and based on these data, the advantages and disadvantages of the implications of social networks in project management were pointed out.
