APPLICATION OF "LEAN CONSTRUCTION" IN CONSTRUCTION - AN EXAMPLE OF A PREFABRICATED REINFORCED CONCRETE HALL FROM THE PRODUCTION TO THE ASSEMBLY

This work presents the principle of resource optimization from the aspect of losses that occur during the execution of works is presented. The "LEAN CONSTRUCTION" principle was used as the basis for the work, specifically on the example of the process from the production of reinforced concrete elements of the prefabricated hall through the process of transporting prefabricated elements from the production plant to the construction site, to the installation of elements on the construction site. Each of the stated criteria of losses in the basic document "LEAN CONSTRUCTION" is processed in each of the phases of execution of works and thus the ways of optimization of each of the processes in the execution of works are presented.
