ASSESSMENT AND ENERGY REHABILITATION OF MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS IN KRALJEVO

The paper consists of theoretical research and practical work. The theoretical part addresses the renovation methods for damage of masonry walls caused by capillary absorption, and the practical part consists of assessing the condition of the residential building in Kraljevo, in the Cara Dušana street, number 96. It was established through visual assessment that the building needs to be rehabilitated for energy efficiency purposes. The calculation for energy efficiency was performed, and rehabilitation measures were suggested. By applying the suggested methods, the renovated building would change the existing energy class F to energy class D, thus improving two energy classes.
