Abstract

Digital transformation has affected both, people's daily lives and the field of business. The application of new technologies has led to the adaptation of existing and the design of new business models. New technologies have given companies the opportunity to be more profitable and reach their customers faster. Researching customer needs, improving products and adapting to the latest changes is the only way for a company to survive and continue to operate successfully in the future. The subject of research of this master's thesis is business analysis and proposal of customer development strategy for startup e-Upravnik. The research method applied in the master thesis is a case study. An analysis of the situation was conducted, competitors were identified and appearances on social networks were analyzed. Based on the information obtained from the analysis, solution for reaching set goal, ie the growth of the number of customers, and thus greater market share was proposed.
