ANALYSIS AND APPLICATION OF THE PLATEIA SOFTWARE PACKAGE FOR ROAD DESIGN

The master’s theses presents the theoretical foundations and instructions for using the Plateia software package, which is used for the design and reconstruction of roads.When creating a project, one goes through the basic modules of the program: axes, situation, longitudinal profile, transverse profiles. Instructions for using the other two modules are given in the paper. It is shown which options the modules have, and instructions are given for the application of certain options, and all this is accompanied by examples and drawings.
