Abstract

The research topic, as well as the task of the master's thesis, is based on scientific research work on the example of designing the interior of a fish restaurant in Novi Sad. This theses focuses on the topic of implementing a fish restaurant as part of modern architecture and multi- story buildings of the new generation, so that they function as an inseparable whole. In addition, this research includes the analysis of various factors that influence the achievement of an adequate atmosphere of the space, as well as delicately selected materials, by combining which we achieve a synthesis of modern and traditional. The theses provides an approximate retrospective of the restaurant from its original form to what it represents today. In this paper, we look at the design task of designing a fish restaurant within the building of the Radnicki University in Novi Sad with one example of how the space could be improved, in order to create a better connection between the restaurant space and it’s users.
