DEVELOPMENT OF SYSTEM WITH REMOTE CONTROL AND MONITORING OF VALVES FOR BOUNDARY CONDITION: ON, OFF POWER SUPPLY

One possibility to save compressed air as an energy source is not to keep the system under pressure when production is not running. By realizing the boundary condition compressed air supply on/off (the system is under power / the system is not under power), a potential saving of 2% to 10% can be achieved with a small investment. For this purpose, a pneumatic system with remote control and monitoring of the state of the electropneumatic valve was described and realized within the scope of the work. The idea and implementation of the realized system is completely in the direction of the field of Industry 4.0, where the aim is to improve the production process and save energy.
