The subject of this master's thesis are the conflicts that occur during the onboarding program. The goal of this research is to identify potential conflicts that may occur during the onboarding process between the new employee and the rest of the team and to find adequate ways to prevent these conflicts, so that there are no unwanted consequences for the work and operations of the organization.
