APPLICATION OF REVERSE ENGINEERING IN THE REDESIGN OF THE METAL BAND SAW STAND

As part of this master's work, the band saw stand was redesigned. A 3D scan was performed using a 3D scanner "EinScan Pro 2X" based on structured light. After the 3D scanning, the stand was modeled with the aim of obtaining its CAD model. A CAD inspection tool was also applied to verify the modeled CAD model. After this, the tool stand was redesigned. Structured analysis was also carried out with the aim of verifying the load capacity of the redesigned and reinforced tool stand, as well as its practical application.
