THE INFLUENCE OF THE COMPANY AND PRODUCT PRESENTATION ON THE DECISION TO PURCHASE HARDWARE-IN-THE-LOOP TECHNOLOGY PRODUCTS

Abstract

The aim of the study is to evaluate how the way the company's profile and production program are presented influences decision to purchase a Hardware-in-the-loop technology device. Potential customers were presented with the same data in the form of infographics, photographs with text, and animated infographics, and their responses were assessed for trust, understanding, improvement, and prominence factors. The group that observed the presentation with infographics expressed the greatest trust in the company, while the presentation method itself had no influence on the other observed factors, as well as on the purchase decision.
