IMPROVEMENT OF TENSION CLAMPS PRODUCTION PROCESS USING A LEAN APPROACH

Abstract

In this paper, the process of improving the production of tension clamps with the Lean approach is presented. In addition to the theoretical basis, the paper includes an analysis of the current state of the selected production system, as well as detailed explanations of how the implementation of the 5S, Visual Management, Poka Yoke and Value Stream Mapping tools has been implemented. At the end of the work, proposals for further improvements were made, followed by a conclusion.
