Abstract

One of the basic elements of project management is an adequate analysis of costs and the determination of the project schedule, taking into account that an inadequate analysis can negatively affect the success of the project's implementation, as it will not be completed within the given time frame, with a certain quality or within the planned budget. Infrastructure projects in the Republic of Germany are carried out based on the requirements and conditions of investors, so it is very important to achieve quality project management, considering that it is about spending public financial resources and about projects that have a significant role in ensuring the smooth development of traffic, the environment and society.
