ANALYSIS OF THE INFLUENCE OF INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL FACTORS ON THE CHOICE OF STRATEGY IN COMPANIES

The paper presents an analysis of the internal and external factors on company's strategy selection in both the manufacturing and service industries. In addition to factors, certain generic strategies are presented, as well as analysis of the company's operations that influence the selection and definition of the strategy. The strategies of successful companies were analyzed in order to come to the conclusion of the best way to choose the company's business strategy.
