COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF THE PROCESS OF ORGANIZING COMPANIES
Abstract
The subject of this thesis to explain on a concise and comprehensible the way of organizing enterprises as well as the functionality of the organizational structure. This paper presents the theoretical basis in the field of company organization, and also shows tabular, graphic and descriptive presentation of the research in two companies, as well as measures for improvement.
