Abstract

This paper proposes an all-MOSFET CMOS temperature sensor. The sensor was designed in UMC 0.18 µm technology. The implemented sensor achieves low-power consumption of 60 nW, while requiring a small area equal to 0.023 mm2 with a maximum measurement error equal to +1.8°C/-1.3°C in the temperature range of 20-80°C.
