IMPROVING TRANSPORT BY INTRODUCING NEW TECHNOLOGIES IN THE COMPANY „MK LOGISTICS“
Abstract
The paper presents the improvement of transport in „MK Logistics“. The problems encountered by the company and potential solutions were identified in order to improve the business and the transport itself. Transport improvements are shown through the introduction of new technologies, such as the introduction of GPS devices into trucks, as well as the procurement of new trucks. Also, this paper represents the complete logistical process of transport, as well as a smaller part of the procurement.
