Abstract

This paper focuses on the importance of organizational commitment to employee motivation in the company. Human resource is something that constantly needs to develop and maintain. At a time when competi­tion is high, the management must be aware that the people who make the company, and to do that to be a competitive company or not. Human resources must be nurtured in order to set up such an organizational climate in which employees would be committed to the organization in which they work.
