IMPROVEMENT OF THE TRANSPORT AND STORAGE PROCESS IN THE COMPANY "VEKAMP KOMERC"
Abstract
The master's thesis presents the analysis of literature and theoretical settings for the process of transport and storage, and then practically on the example of the company "Vekamp Komerc". The method that was used for the analysis was Ishikawa, and after the analysis, improvement measures were proposed that will improve the processes, contribute to the quality of business, efficiency in performing them and bring savings in time and resources.
