VENTILATION SYSTEM PROJECT USING BIM METHODOLOGY FOR A COMMERCIAL BUILDING OF 580 m2 AREA

The paper presents an analysis of the ventilation system implemented in a commercial building. Some main physical processes that take place in heating, ventilation and air conditioning are described, their division by several characteristics is given and explained, as well as the ways and procedures by which certain types of these systems are dimensioned and selected. The entire work is rounded off with a techno-economic analysis and a comparison of several types of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems on a selected commercial building using a specialized software package "Autodesk Revit", with the focus on ventilation system calculation task and its result.
