Apstrakt

Zadatak rada jeste da se prikažu kompetencije Scrum Mastera u IT industriji u Novom Sadu. Uloga i važnost Scrum Mastera u timovima, kao i njegov pristup u radu sa timovima su takođe bile predmet istraživanja.
