Apstrakt

Ovaj rad istražuje poboljšanje vođenja projekata razvoja hardverskih sistema, sa posebnim fokusom na info-zabavne sisteme, u automobilskoj industriji kroz primenu agilnih metodologija. U teorijskom delu, analiziraju se aktuelni trendovi, bezbednosni standardi, tehničke specifikacije, tržišni zahtevi i tradicionalne metode vođenja projekata. Istraživački deo rada prikatuje prednosti agilnog pristupa i predlaže hibridni model kao rešenje za efikasnije upravljanje projektima, uz prilagođavanje specifičnostima automobilske industirje.
