The work consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part provides an overview of all defects that can occur in concrete elements in a
structure. The practical part involves an assessment of the condition of the reinforced concrete structure of a building in Novi Sad, along with a repair solution for the identified defects and damages. To determine the presence of defects and damages, a detailed visual inspection of the structure was conducted. Based on the analysis of the results, a repair solution was provided, as well as a preliminary estimate of all the necessary works to be carried out.
