The study examines the improvement of the order picking process by introducing voice picking as a technological solution. The primary issue analyzed is the inefficiency of traditional barcode scanner-assisted picking, which limits work speed, increases the risk of errors, and requires longer training time. The aim of the study is to explore the possibilities of applying voice picking to reduce these issues, speed up the workflow, and improve task accuracy.
