This paper focuses on the development of a geoportal for land parcel and spatial data management, using technologies like Angular for the front end, Spring Boot for the back end, and PostgreSQL with the PostGIS extension for spatial data. The implementation includes integration with libraries such as OpenLayers, enabling further development and new functionalities, improving efficiency in land management and urban planning.
