Abstract

The goal of this paper is the development of a prototype mobile application for the efficient management of students’ tasks and time, based on the study and examination of key aspects important for a positive user experience. A survey was conducted in which respondents evaluated which parts of three proposed mobile applications were clearer and more functional. Based on iOS design principles and the survey results, a prototype of a mobile application was created, tailored to the users’ preferences and needs. The success of the prototype was confirmed through an additional survey assessing the design, functionality, and usability of the application.
