Abstract

The subject of the paper is to present a theoretical and empirical analysis of the possibilities and methods of using generative artificial intelligence tools in project management. Within the research part of the paper, the goal is to investigate how employees, as active participants in projects, perceive the use of generative artificial intelligence in project management. The research was conducted in January 2025 on a sample of 55 respondents. The data were analyzed using Microsoft Excel. The findings suggest that generative artificial intelligence offers significant opportunities to support project managers across various areas of project management. However, the results also highlight certain challenges that demand careful oversight and support.
