The paper examines the integration of Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology with Augmented Reality (AR) technologies during the construction phase. Technical aspects of BIM–AR integration are analyzed, as well as practical applications of AR technologies on construction sites, including the visualization of concealed elements, collision detection, assembly support, and the enhancement of quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC). In addition, an analysis of platforms enabling BIM implementation through AR technologies is conducted. The results indicate that BIM–AR integration can significantly contribute to improving coordination and efficiency in construction execution.
