This paper displays a problem of Optimal Network Reconfiguration with emphasis on minimal active Energy Losses optimization criterion. Algorithms for Load Flow, Energy Losses and Network Reconfiguration, Branch Exchange combined comprise innovative solution for proposed problem named Enel Optimal Network Reconfiguration. Finally, proposed algorithm is verified on test scheme.
