THE IMPACT OF EMPLOYEE COMMITMENT TO THEIR COMPANY ON THEIR WORK MOTIVATION IN THE IT INDUSTY

In this study we analize the impact of the employee commitment to their company on their motivation for work. The research was conducted by a questionnaire, filled by 50 participants. The questionnaires refer to determining factors that influence motivation, and measuring the level of commitment of employees to the company. The results are presented graphically and in percentage. Measures to improve the work of the organization are given too.
